Hi,
I conclude over all really great idea.
Suggestions,
1. Confirmed members automatically have WELCOME e-mail "Example" "
Welcome! We'd like to share some important information with you about your
new MSN® Hotmail® e-mail account:" etc.
2. Compose Area should look like Yahoo mail Cc : and Bcc : cleanly display and Graphic and Colors should be default setting.
3. Rate me or date me is great idea and I agreed with Chris's ideas about rating under profile photo. Profile should also display rate % output results. Display info % rates like, Hot Picture rates, Most Active Email, Most Active Profile and New profile. Could be include in the Welcome page or new catalog link.
4. FIX Bugs and Errors etc, etc.

1 - Yes this one is already in my list for v2
2 - Graphic and Colors will be default option for Internet Explorer as the html editor does not work with other browsers
3 - Yes rating bar will be in profile section
4 - Yes trying my best !

Hi !
Yes a photo gallary and photo album is due in v2.0
When you give the above linked to your friend user can see your picture and rate
where as report it will email this picture to the administrator
And yes in demo both these work

Hello Suail Kaleem You already have HTML format editor and want to add photo gallery for v2. What about a Weblog, allows you to save all sorts of information like upload photos to gallery to your web page http://www.yourname.friendsyoulike.com ?? *Classifieds Thanks, C and T

Hi, I've been reading the forum and wondering when will the new v2, be out? I don't want to keep adding service packs. Poetry area, where peoples can post love notes. Can it be also add another option, call groups, like yahoo groups with directory? The easiest way for groups of people to communicate on the Internet

the groups features you have requested may be added to v2.0 and yes web gallery will have rating and comments options

Hi Suhail , I would like to suggest the following for friends you like new version 1) show number of users signed up on the login page , It gives a new surfer an idea of how many members are already signed up on the site 2)Tell a Friend link will help new members to invite their friends and inform them about the new site 3) forgot password option under login option 4)Can we customize the automatic mail sent to the new user after he enters his email address and prefered login id ? as i think the new user should be sent his login id along with the auto generated password in that mail I think you must be having these in mind but just wanted to give my suggestions regards Dominic

Hi Suhail,
Although we spoke in private about video clips for members profiles, I would like to make several other suggestions in this forum.
- Voice Clips - in wav format, so that members can have a choice of either video, voice or text introductions or a combination of all three.
- Private Messaging in Chatrooms - so that members can send private "Whisper" messages to other members of their choice in the chatroom.
- Private "Flirt" Messaging -
so that members can have private chats with other members of their
choice using a separate chat screen similar to the chatrooms.
Thus alleviating the problem of members having to go outside of
Friendsyoulike to use Yahoo or MSN Messengers.
Keep up the good work. I think that Friendsyoulike
is going to be one heck of a piece of dating and communications
software.

Hi Suhail!
Earlier in this forum, in reply to Duerner's past of the 13th October
2003. you stated that a Web Gallery would be incorporated into v2 of
the softeware and that members would be able to Rate and Comment on the
pictures.
Obviously, we are taking about the Picture Galleries in the forthcoming
v2. What concerns me is that members will be able to place their
comments against other members pictures..... this option could be used
to leave abusive, nasty and unwarranted comments
Rating a picture is a good idea, as the hightest rated picture becomes
the Hot Picture. I suggest that if you intend to introduce the
option of members leaving comments against another members picture in
the Picture Gallery, then the ability for this option to be switched on
or off should be a matter for the site administrator or moderator in a
tick box form.

Hi, I don't know this addon idea can add to V2 or it's to late and possible ? A Favorites like bookmark, where you can add URL likes bookmark, so if you're not at your computer you still have your links. It's simalir to addressbook instead of e-mail you have url links EX: http://www.searchfox.com
